Use: Chicago Department of Public Health Mental Health Centers
How: Enter patient address to receive a list of nearby free mental health services, including individual, family, and group therapy, as well as psychiatric consultations.
Use: CARES Line at 1-800-345-9049, for children and adolescents experiencing a mental health crisis.

Use: Hazel Health if your patient is a high school student in Chicago Public Schools
How: All enrolled CPS high school students can access free online therapy sessions.
