- Interactive Brain AtlasThis software contains 2-D and 3-D views of the brain from cadaver sections, MRI scans, and computer reconstructions. It is a good program to use when you want to see what a structure looks like and where it is in the brain. There isn't a lot of explanatory material, but there are Quick-time movies of reconstructions which provide a very effective way to visualize complex spatial relationships.
