Creating an Account
1. Navigate to UpToDate (via the NU Proxy or while on the VPN).
2. Click Register in the upper right corner.
3. Complete the form and create a username and password.
4. On your mobile device, download the UpToDate app.
5. Log in to the app with the username and password you created in step 3.
Updates, Expiration and Affiliation
You must verify your affiliation with Northwestern every 30 days by logging in to UpToDate from the Northwestern network. To change affiliation from another university to Northwestern, you must first let your account lapse. Then simply login in from Northwestern's network.
