  Description Purpose Link to Example
Group Publication Metrics Report A comprehensive report with narrative statements, data, and visualizations for selected years (default is the most recent 5 years) for a group of researchers. The report includes metrics such as documents per year, country affiliations of citing authors, topical trends and expertise, citation impact, highly cited or mentioned documents, and journals by quartile rank. Provides a macro view of productivity, collaborations, citation benchmarking, contributions to science, and dissemination of research and can be used when tracking outputs, identifying impact, or evaluating progress towards goals for departments, institutes, centers, and other groups of faculty members.  Example PDF
Funding Support Impact Statements Useful text to describe a group's topical expertise, citation impact, and possible comparison of performance with other academic institutions. This report can complement data in the Funding Support Bibliometric Networks. Provides a multidimensional measure of citation impact and reputation with normalized indicators. Example PDF
Funding Support Bibliometric Networks A presentation of two bibliometrics networks: Co-Author Network to highlight collaborations with key members of the group; and a Term Co-occurrence Network to highlight topical expertise within the group. An overview statement is provided for each network. This report can complement data in the Funding Support Impact Statements. Bibliometric networks are useful in visualizing connections between people or publications. The co-author collaboration network highlights the strength of co-authorship between individual authors. The term co-occurrence network highlights keywords extracted from the title and abstract of publications to show topical expertise and trends in research topics.  Example PDF
Member Collaboration Report A list of publications by center or institute highlighting each member's publications and indicating the other center members in the author list.  Provides a list of publications and collaborations to satisfy most NIH progress reports for Program Project/Center Grants (P30 series) Table C: Collaborations Between Center Members. Example PDF
Group Publication Highlights Presentation A visually-focused presentation provided in PowerPoint for selected years (default is the most recent 5 years) for a group of researchers. The PowerPoint includes visualizations on documents per year, percentile rank chart, citing author affiliation map, term co-occurrence map, and highly cited and mentioned documents.
