Section C. Products
The Products section of the Common Form biosketch is very similar to the previous NIH biosketch Publications section.
There are currently two sections in the Common Form (NSF) biosketch in SciENcv:
- Products Most Closely Related to the Proposed Project (required) - you can add up to five
- Other Significant Products, Whether or Not Related to the Proposed Project - also with a limit of five
To add or edit the products showing in the sketch, click on EDIT PRODUCTS under the heading for either product section.
- The search window will open, showing tabs for your available publication collections you can search:
- My Bibliography, from the NCBI platform (recommended for NIH biosketches)
- ORCiD (if you have linked your ORCiD account to your NCBI account)
- Populating products from ORCiD is not recommended for NIH biosketches. Some ORCiD entries may be missing PMCIDs for manuscripts that have them, depending on the source(s) you used to populate your ORCiD publications.
