The Search and Link Wizard is your gateway to adding works to your ORCID profile. Here’s how to find it:
Follow these steps to connect your Scopus Author Profile with ORCID and add works:
Follow these steps to connect DataCite with ORCID and add works:
Log in to ORCID. If you are a delegate select "Switch to another account" at the top of the page to exercise delegate privileges and edit another user's ORCID record. (To learn how to add a delegate, click here. To learn how to act as a delegate, click here.)
Scroll to the Works section of your ORCID profile and click the Add button to the right.
From the drop-down menu, select Search & Link.
Scroll through the available link wizards to locate DataCite and click on it.
In the DataCite Profiles page that opens, click the green Get ORCID Token button to authorize updates.
Click Authorize Access to complete the authorization process.
The DataCite Profiles page will now display a section called ORCID Claims. Each status box indicates the following:
Ensure that Auto-Update is enabled and click Save to finish the process.
